Questa sedia mi piace molto, trovo comodo il fatto che i braccioli si possono regolare. Sembra resistente e ben costruita.

Montaggio piuttosto agevole. L'ho presa perché sui intonava con alcune pareti dello studio, toglierei quella sorta di rosa sullo schienale scambiandola con il logo triangolare degli altri modelli però. Per il resto ero indeciso tra questa sullo rosa e quella tutta grigia (che però essendo di tessuto poroso si riesce a pulire meno facilmente, inoltre questa ravviva un po' di più l'ambiente, avendo già alle poltrone elettriche nere). In realtà cercavi una sedia bianca, per cui l'ho adattata cibo alcune modifiche per renderla meno bambinesca: ho tolto dalle ruote i cerchioncini rosa, così adesso sono tutte nere con uno snodo argentato; ho tolto dalle ragno le plastiche rosa, così è tutto bianco; ho tolto le imbottiture dei braccioli, così sono tutti bianchi. Quando mi siedo si vedono quasi esclusivamente pari bianche. Essendo lo studio un monolocale mi serviva una sedia compatta e questa si è rivelata adeguata, però per le persone abbondanti difficilmente potrà rivelarsi comoda, potrebbe rivelarsi piuttosto stretta sia nella seduta che nello schienale... Nel mio caso l'ho scelta proprio per le misure ed è risultata perfetta, in qualche modo quando risulta anche ergonomica, i bordi dello schienale però sono piuttosto rigidi quindi non consentono sbragamenti esagerati, però basta stare composti e si può stare seduti anche a lungo. La seduta è sufficientemente morbida, molto più di una sedia che avevo precedentemente, tuttavia si può anche utilizzare ulteriori cuscini. Simpatica la regolazione a leva dell'inclinazione dello schienale che non costringe a piegarsi sotto la sedia (come la precedente che avevo), inoltre una delle poche sedute che consente l'inclinazione sdraiata a 180°. Buone anche le regolazioni dei braccioli, anche laterali, tuttavia non seguono l'inclinazione dello schienale e quindi possibile risultare scomodi quando ci si sdraia (rispetto ai braccioli di altre poltrone che sono collegati a seduta e schienale e con lo snodo si spostano, ma che tuttavia non si regolano in altezza e poi risulta impossibile mettere la sedia sotto certe scrivanie).

la seduta è particolarmente scomoda, i materiali di cui è costituita sono veramente di bassa qualità, nel giro di 3 mesi ha cominciato a cigolare e nel giro di 6 i braccioli si sono smontati costringendomi a smontarne buona parte per riavvitarli.

UPDATE: I wrote the original review below and the company reached out to me to replace the base of the chair. Thank you for saving me the hassle of having to buy an entire new chair on short notice.

I bought this chair for my first gaming setup. I really loved the design, and it is a very comfy chair, though the lumbar pillow isn't the best. I just added my own pillow for back support. Unfortunately, after a year, two of the wheelhouses broke and the wheels fall out sometimes when I sit down. It is an all-plastic base instead of metal which would be sturdier over time and with usage.

Received the chair quickly. Assembly was very straightforward and simple. Initially the chair was very comfortable, but after about 2 weeks the seat cushion had flattened and wouldn't recover (fluff back up). I'm 5'8" about 160lbs, so no reason for the cushion to break down that fast. The left armrest's twisting adjustment stripped out and the whole arm pad would just spin around freely.

I contacted the seller/company and they responded in less than 24hrs. They offered me a completely different chair at no cost or the option to wait for a new supply of armrest's and upgraded seat cushions to arrive at their warehouse. I opted to wait for the new armrest and upgraded seat cushion. The CSR Kylie was very helpful and polite. She informed me that the items wouldn't arrive at their warehouse for another 6 weeks. I told her that was fine and had no problem waiting as I really liked the chair and didn't want to switch. During the 6 week wait Kylie maintained contact with me just to let me know she hadn't forgotten about me and gave me status updates. After about 7 weeks the parts arrived on my door step and I installed the upgraded seat cushion and new armrest. I instantly noticed the difference in the upgraded cushion. It was much more supportive, as I rocked side to side the elasticity of the upgraded cushion made it feel like I was sitting on a soft cushion of air. Now 3 months later the new cushion is still super comfortable and every time I sit down it feels just like it did the first time I sat on the new cushion. No flat spots or residual butt imprints. The new upgraded cushion is also double stitched where as the original was only single stitched. Overall the chair is holding up well, no creaking/squeaking when moving around in it, and showing no signs of wear at this point. I'm extremely satisfied with the chair so far, and their customer service is top notch👍🏽 Highly recommend!! This chair was very easy to assemble, the hardest part of the operation was putting on the four plastic escutcheons. They serve as protective covers that provide the smooth trim finished look. Just take your time examine each and you will know to what area each will be applied. When you assemble the chair it is a good practice not to fully tighten the bolt screws, leave them somewhat loose to help facilitate alignment of threaded holes with all parts that must be attached..
Assembly time from opening the box to sitting in my finished project took about two and a half hours to three hours..

I am well acquainted with office and gaming chairs in this genre. Without doubt from the aspects of construction sensibility, future maintenance, (snugging up the bolts and screws), easy cleaning, weight of the PU leather, and the liberal mounts of comfortable foam stuffing, well, this chair is really in a class by itself.
I had my doubts about the armrests when looking at pictures of the chair, the doubts of comfort faded the moment I sat in it and adjusted the rests to the perfect height fort my shoulders and back comfort. The arm rests are flat so no danger of your arms rolling off.

For the price, it is outstanding.
One other plus features that I was not aware of when I ordered this chair for review is the fact that it is a recliner. For that feature it is a keeper.

After completing the assembly of the chair, I brewed a fresh cup of coffee.
I placed the coffee on a side table, sat down in the chair and was immediately impressed with the firm supporting comfort afforded my large frame.
After a few seconds of complimenting myself on a job well done, I decided to check out the reclining mechanism. The degree of reclination is almost effortless to attain. The action was smooth and positive in each position.
I decide to recline fully so I propped my feet up on another chair and reclined to an almost fully recumbent position. It felt so good. I woke up two hours later to a full cup of cold coffee. This chair passes the ultimate test for comfort!

Like all items that I review that require assembly I put the assembly hardware and chair frames for back and seat through a tortuous test.
In this case the wrench provided had its length extended by about seven inches through the use of an extension handle. The bolts and threads were tested with torgue that was well above what you will need for proper assembly. (I applied substantial torque to each #8 bolt to absolute tightness. Everything remained intact. No stripping of bolt heads, wrench or threads. Good materials have been provided by the manufacturer.

This S*MAX chair is clearly a good value. It would make a comfortable throne for a dedicated gamer or the at home office executive a man or woman that deserves production enhancing comfort during the arduous workday.
It will fill the bill for both comfort and good looks.
I have been sitting in my S* MAX daily for more than a month, and it has not failed in the mission of comfort and dependability. I am giving it a 5 Star overall rating.

Product is okay. Part already broken...HOWEVER

Very easy to assemble. HOWEVER! The last piece to assemble were the pillows and boy did the headrest pillow fail. When I tried to adjust the straps to make the fit tighter, the straps just seared itself off from the buckle. Either way, it seemed like the product was too loose to fit securely through the holes.

Tried to contact Amazon customer service to see if they can do a replacement of the one item and they said the whole item...which is great I guess, BUT...the whole piece is already assembled. For me to disassemble it, put it neatly back into the box with all the screws contained and such to be considered returnable for Amazon pick up standards is going to be impossible. So I said I'd try my luck with the manufacturer and they told me that they will just tell me to contact Amazon customer service. I told them I'd take my chances. With that being said, S*MAX contacted me through Amazon and told me that they were very sorry I had a bad experience and would send me a replacement head pillow with the straps. A+ Customer service. With that, I up my total from 2 stars to 3.

Received the pillow not too long afterwards and the product fits snuggly on the back. Thank you S*MAX!!!

As far as comfort and support, everything seems great, but I will go back and edit my review to give a status on how it is holding up.

I’m a big guy at 6-3 265 so I need a big chair, I looked thru quite a few and liked that this one was graded for people up to 6-4 and has weight up to 350 lbs I’ve had it a few weeks now and am very happy w it, the assembly was pretty easy (30 minutes w clean up) the chair is very sturdy and comfortable, I don’t use the adjustable back massager pad but it’s very easy to install or remove if you want, it looks great also, the blue was a nice match w my game room, so for me this was worth the money and a great addition to my room.
